Christina Applegate and Jamie-Lynn Sigler are launching a podcast about living with multiple sclerosis

(CNN) – Actors Christina Applegate and Jamie-Lynn Sigler are getting vulnerable about a disease they share – while hoping to help others in the process.

The pair will be launching a podcast titled “Messy,” and it’s about living with multiple sclerosis.

Applegate was diagnosed with MS in August 2021 as she was filming the last season of her Netflix series, “Dead to Me.”

Sigler, who starred in “The Sopranos,” has lived with MS for 20 years.

The pair told People magazine how MS brought them together and they decided to launch the podcast after realizing how their conversations were helping each other.

“Messy” will debut on March 19.
